Q: What is the return policy time?
A: In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error please email moodymess@moodymessclub.com within 14 days of product delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues & concerns.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: At this time, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Q: What do I need to do if there is a problem with my received order?
A: Please share a detailed description of the problem to moodymess@moodymessclub.com and add quality photos and/or videos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. All products must be unworn.
Q: Do you guys ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. We hope to ship outside of the U.S. in the near future!
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Shipping time can be anywhere between 2 - 7 days. This time of year is very tricky with shipping expectancies. We greatly appreciate your patience!
Q: I actually changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
A: At this time, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Q: I forgot to add an item to my order!
A: Oh nar! Unfortunately, you will have to make another separate order for the item.
Q: How do the clothes fit?
A: All products have a size chart at the end of the product's photos.
Q: How should I treat my sweatshirt?A: With the most love and care in the whole wide world! But also be sure to read the label inside of all products purchased for proper care instructions :)

Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: If you email moodymess@moodymessclub.com ASAP we will try our best to change the shipping address. However, there is always the possibility the order has already been processed and out for shipment.
